Data Heads Skill Set
The team member we are seeking to join DataHead Solutions will have professional experience in Dashboard and Visualization Development, Data Analysis and have a background in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities
- Create visualizations and reports that are dynamic, intuitive, effective, and easily interpretable for a range of business stakeholders
- Works with analytical tools to deliver data analysis to develop, enhance, and maintain business strategy and operations.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to transform business opportunities and use cases into actionable data-driven visualizations and stories
- Partners with stakeholders and business resources to learn the business process and translate business needs into requirements that result in a solution that delivers value and meet the business needs
- Facilitates effective meetings, keeps stakeholders informed, sets and maintains project scope and timelines, and ensures deliverables
- Stays informed of evolving business strategies and application capabilities essential to designing and implementing partner integration solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Dashboard and Visualization development experience using the most popular BI tools including MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Dundas, and others.
- The understanding of database concepts and the ability to develop database applications using MS Access, SQL, AirTable, and other popular small and medium-sized databases.
- Confidence and credibility when explaining data in the most advanced, yet simple and elegant fashion so that middle managers and executives can quickly understand and absorb the intelligence being presented.
